Section 45: Reward

1) Any person who files a complaint, provides information and cooperates with the inquiry and investigation or evidence collection shall be entitled to receive ten percent of the claimant’s value or rupees one million, whichever is lower, if the allegation is established.

2) If there is more than one person pursuant to sub-section (1), such amount shall be distributed proportionately.
