Section 7O: Not to Be Traded

1) The Indicating Entity shall not open an account with or enter into a commercial relationship with such Client:

(a)  Not providing the necessary documents, details, and information to identify and satisfy the customer under this paragraph or

(b) The customer’s identity cannot be established based on the documents, details and information provided in this paragraph.

2) The indicting entity shall terminate the business relationship with such client if the situation pursuant to sub-section (1) exists concerning the existing client and shall, if necessary, report the same to the Financial Information Unit.
