Section 7: Not to Establish or Operate a Shell Bank

1)  No one should establish and operate a Shell Bank in Nepal or through the territory of Nepal.

2) No financial institution in Nepal shall establish or maintain any financial or other institution that allows Shell Bank or Shell Bank to conduct business.
