Section 44H: Report to be Submitted

1) The indexing institution carrying out activities in accordance with this Act shall prepare an annual report containing a review of its activities during the year and submit it to the regulatory body within two months of the end of the financial year.

2) The regulatory bodies, research bodies and other bodies concerned shall prepare an annual report with a review of the work done by them during the year in the format determined by the Coordination Committee and send it to the Committee through the relevant Ministry within three months of the end of the financial year.

3) When the regulatory body prepares a report in accordance with sub-section (2), the referring body shall include the subject matter of the report submitted in accordance with sub-section (1) in a concise and integrated manner.

4) The Coordinating Committee shall prepare an annual report and submit it to the Board of Directors based on the report received pursuant to sub-section (2).

5) Based on the report pursuant to sub-section (4), the Board of Directors shall finalise and submit the annual report to the Government of Nepal, which shall then submit such report to the Federal Parliament.
