Section 44F: Information to be Provided to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Department, Regulator or Financial Information Unit shall immediately inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs if a memorandum of understanding was concluded with a foreign counterpart
pursuant to this Act.
