Section 36: Property or Instrumentality to Be Released

In case the property or instrumentality frozen pursuant to Section 18 proves to have no criminal origin, the Department, if the case has not been filed, or the court hearing the case if the case has been filed, shall order the concerned authority which has frozen the property or instrumentality to release such property or instrumentality and the concerned entity shall release such property or instrumentality upon such order.
