Section 29J: Monitoring Arrangements

1) The National Coordination Committee shall carry out an overall monitoring and evaluation of the work carried out in accordance with this paragraph in relation to the non-effectiveness of the action.

2) The relevant ministry should regularly monitor whether or not the appropriate body has effectively carried out the work in accordance with this Chapter.

3) The relevant regulatory body shall regularly monitor whether or not the indicting institution has acted effectively in accordance with this paragraph.

4) Other arrangements regarding the follow-up of this section shall be as prescribed.
