Section 29D: Consumption of Goods in Accordance with the Customs Act

1) For the purpose of this Act, currency or bearer negotiable instruments shall be deemed to be an item under the definition of commodity (Malbastu) under the prevailing customs laws.

2) The provisions of the prevailing Customs laws shall be Other provisions regarding declaration of currency or Business Network International, inquiry, search, seizure, confiscation, action or appeal pursuant to this chapter.
