Section 29: No Obstacle to Prosecute

1) Nothing contained elsewhere in this Act shall prevent the prosecution of any one or both of the offences relating to the investigation of a complaint under this Act on the basis of the evidence adduced.

2) The prosecution and punishment of the offence relating to the purification of property shall not be hindered only on the ground that there is no edge of such case, even if the case is not instituted or continued in the case relating to the offence under sub-section (1).
