Section 26: Breach of Privacy

The investigating officer, employee, or person engaged in the work of investigation shall not violate the confidentiality of any matter that has come to his knowledge in the course of the investigation or in the performance of his duties in accordance with this Act or any document that has been filed, except in cases where the prevailing law obliges.
