Section 19A: Regular monitoring of the Transaction

1) The investigation officer may issue a monitoring order to a reporting institution directing it to provide the Department with information about transactions of a person under investigation for money laundering or terrorist financing offences, with a form to report.

2) According to sub-section (1), the deadline shall be given no more than three months, in general, while issuing a monitoring order.

3) According to this section, a reporting institution served with a monitoring order shall regularly monitor the person’s transactions and report them to the department in accordance with the terms of the order.
