Section 15A: An Investigation May Conducted Pursuant This Act

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, if an investigating officer pursuant to this Act is required to investigate and register a case in respect of an offence relating to the destruction of property, he may exercise the powers and procedure under this Act in respect of the offence connected therewith.
