Section 7: Not to Establish or Operate a Shell Bank

1)  No one should establish and operate a Shell Bank in Nepal or through the territory of Nepal.

2) No shell bank is permitted to be established or to operate in or through the territory of Nepal. Financial institutions of Nepal shall not enter into or continue business relations with any financial institution or other entity that allows transactions to shell banks.
