1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any existing laws, except if it is proved otherwise for the purpose of this Act, the record processed or developed by electronic means can be taken as evidence.

2) The essential provisions for receiving, analysing, or processing records, particulars, and data shall be as prescribed.
