Section 32: Punishment for Concealing or Destroying Evidences

Any person who commits the offence of concealing or destroying evidence related to acts deemed to be an offence under this Act shall be liable to imprisonment of one month to three months or a fine of fifty thousand rupees to one hundred thousand rupees in accordance with the gravity of the offence and the person assisting the commission of such act shall be liable to half of such punishment.
