Section 10A: Providing Transaction Information

11) If a person transacts more than the limit set by the same bank within the period fixed by the national bank in one go or repeatedly, the indexing institution and the government body will have to provide information to the financial information unit within fifteen days of the date of such transaction.

Explanation: For the purposes of this sub-section, “Government body” means the Freight Office, the Office of the Registrar of Companies and such other Government body as may be prescribed by the Government of Nepal.

2) The format, method and procedure for providing information pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be as the Financial Information Unit prescribes.
