Section 7C: Identifying the Real Rich

1) The indicting agency shall take the necessary measures to identify and enrich the real rich while establishing business relations or doing business.

2) The indexing entity shall verify whether or not any person has taken action on behalf of any other person in connection with the establishment of a business relationship or transaction.

3) If any person is found to have established a business relationship or transact business on behalf of another person, the referring institution shall take measures in accordance with clause (d) of sub-section (4) of Section 7A with regard to the identification and enrichment of such person.
