Section 34 : Contract relating to bailment to be void

1) In case it is proved that any property has been bailed with the intention of avoiding a partition of property or payment of any government charge or any amount involved in any claim or to be paid to anybody, or with any other illegal motives, the contract relating to such bailment shall be void.

2) In case the bailee does not keep the bailed property according to the terms and conditions of the contract, the bailer may get back the bailed property at any time.
