Article 186: Voting in the State Assembly

All questions submitted for decision in the State Assembly shall be decided by a majority vote of the members present and participating in voting. The member chairing the meeting shall not have the right to vote.

Provided that he or she may exercise his or her casting vote in the case of a tie.
