Article 97: Formation of committees

1) The House of Representatives and the National Assembly may form committees as provided for in the Federal law.

2) If a resolution is passed by either House demanding that a joint committee of both Houses be formed for the purpose of managing the working procedures between the two Houses of the Federal Parliament, resolving disagreement on any Bill, or for any other specified function, the joint committee shall be formed. The joint committee shall consist of a maximum of twenty-five members in the ratio of five members from the House of Representatives to one member from the National Assembly on the basis of inclusion.
