Section 2: Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, in this Act,

(a) “Contract” means an agreement enforceable by law concluded between two or more parties for performing or not performing any work.

(b) “Proposal” means a proposal presented by one person to another with the intent of obtaining his/her consent to do or not to do any work.

(c) “Consent” means the consent given by the person to whom a proposal has been presented in the same meaning as that offer.

(d) “Consideration” means the promise made to do or not to do any work in return for doing or not doing any work mentioned in the proposal.
