Section12B: Expenses contributed to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund and the Reconstruction Fund established by the Government of Nepal

Any person contributing any amount in any income year to the Prime Minister Natural Calamities Fund and Reconstruction Fund established by the Government of Nepal may deduct such amount in computing taxable income for that year.
