Section 8: Foreign Investment May be Made by Establishing a Branch

1) Any industry incorporated in a foreign country may make foreign investment by establishing or expanding its branch industry in Nepal, subject to the prevailing law.

2) Other provisions relating to the establishment or expansion of a branch of the industry pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
