Section 1: Short Title and Commencement

1) This Act may be cited as the “Foreign Investment and Technology Transfer Act, 2075.”

2) Sections 10 and 11 of this Act shall commence on such date as appointed by the Government of Nepal by notification in the Nepal Gazette, and other Sections shall commence forthwith.
