Section 27: Delegation of Power

The Board of Directors may, having stated the rational and reasons, delegate any of its powers to any Director, a sub-committee formed pursuant to Section 26, the Chief Executive or any person acting as the Chief Executive of the bank or financial institution on the condition that such powers shall be exercised under its supervision or direction.
