Section 98: No claim to be entertained

The creditor or other person who does not submit the claim within the time prescribed while publishing notices for the same pursuant to Section 86 shall not be entitled to make the claim after that.

Provided that in case of the amount in the depositor’s account, there shall be no effect in his/her right for the reason of absence of the claim.
