Section 132: Power to frame Rules, By-laws

1) The Rastra Bank may, if it deems necessary, frame and enforce necessary Rules and By-laws for implementing this Act.

2) The Rules framed by the Rastra Bank pursuant to Sub-Section (1) shall be commenced only after granting approval by the Government of Nepal.
