Section 130: Power to Remove Difficulties

(1) If any difficulty arises in the enforcement of any provision of this Act, the Rastra Bank may, with the approval of the Government of Nepal, issue necessary orders to remove such difficulty.

(2) While issuing an order for removing difficulty pursuant to sub-section (1), reasons and justification thereof shall have to be mentioned.
