Section 129: This Act shall be Prevailed

1) On the matters as referred to in this Act or the Rules, Byelaws, Guidelines Orders or Directives issued under this Act, it shall be according to those provisions and in other matters, it shall be according to Rastra Bank Act and other prevailing laws.

2) The provisions of the Rastra Bank Act shall be applied to the activities of regulation, inspection supervision and settlement of the bank or financial institutions established under this Act.
