Section 117: Provisions on Transparency

1) A bank or financial institution or a branch of a foreign bank or financial institution shall have to publish a periodic report on its financial position and status of risks in every three months for transparency of the transactions it has carried out.

2) The minimum matters to be included in the report, as referred to in sub-section (1), shall be as prescribed by the Rastra Bank.
