Sectiom115: Claims may not be made

In case any person is found to have entered into any transaction with any Director or his/her representative knowingly or having adequate reasons to believe that the Director entered into the transaction for his/her interests or causing loss to the bank or financial institution, such a person may not make a claim against the bank or financial institution with regard to such transaction.
