Section 95: Unclaimed Goods or Amount

While notice has been issued under this Chapter to receive the amount or goods according to details of the claims or liabilities, if the concerned person does not come to receive the amount or goods within the specified time, such amount or goods shall have to be kept under the responsibility of the Liquidator or other body as according to the direction given by the Rastra Bank.
