Form of deed to be executed if a person other than the accused/defendant furnishes a guarantee

Whereas, in the case of………… (of the year……) in which the Government of Nepal is plaintiff on the report of…………..and …………(defendant), a guarantee of…………… has been demanded from him/her, by the order of the …………court dated…………, and I……………………being agreed to furnish a sum of…………rupees in cash or the following property as the guarantee in his or her favour;

Now, therefore, I hereby appear to furnish the guarantee.
