Schedule 2: (Relating to clauses (d) and (l) of Section 2)

1) Offences under the following Sections of the following Chapter of the Penal Code:

(a) Sections 107, 108, 109, 111, 112 and 113 of Chapter 5 of Part-2

2) Any criminal case, which is instituted with the Government of Nepal being plaintiff, or any offence of criminal nature in which the right, interest or concern of the Government of Nepal is vested, except that mentioned in Schedule-1.

3) Such offence as may be included by the law in force in this Schedule.

4) Such offence as may be specified to be tried and adjudicated under this Schedule, by the Government of Nepal, by a notification in the Nepal Gazette.

5) Offence of attempt to, abetment of, conspiracy to, any offence under numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4, and any offence related thereto under Chapter 11.
