Section 14: Right to get facilities pursuant to the prevailing law

A foreign citizen of Nepali origin, who has made an investment pursuant to this Act, shall be entitled to get the facilities which are provided to any foreign national for his/her investment in Nepal in convertible foreign currency pursuant to the prevailing law.
