Section 17: Buyer’s Obligations

1) When purchasing goods or services electronically in accordance with this Act, the buyer shall bear the obligations as per the contract between the buyer and the businessperson.

2) When conducting electronic business in accordance with this Act, the buyer shall not do or cause any act to be done with the intention of causing harm to anyone.

3) When purchasing goods or services electronically in accordance with this Act, the buyer shall check and verify whether the goods or services purchased electronically in accordance with the contract made at the time of purchase are received or not, and in case of any complaint, the complaint shall be made as soon as possible, including through electronic means.
