Section 11: Export and Import May be Carried Out

1) Subject to the prevailing federal law, any person, firm, company, or organisation may purchase and import any goods or services from any foreign firm, company, or organisation engaged in electronic commerce.

2) If a businessperson sells goods or services to any foreign person, firm, company, or organisation through an electronic platform operating within Nepal, he may export such goods or services after ensuring payment through the banking system, subject to the prevailing federal law, in accordance with a mutual agreement.
