Unauthorised Translation

1) Any firm, company, or organisation registered under the prevailing law permitted to trade in goods or services may carry out electronic trading subject to this Act.

2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), goods or services prohibited from being purchased and sold through electronic means by the prevailing law or by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notification in the Nepal Gazette shall not be bought and sold through such means.
