Section 123: Settlement of Disputes

1) In the event of any dispute incurred between banks or financial institutions, such dispute shall have to be settled in mutual understanding.

2) In case the dispute cannot be settled through mutual consent in accordance with sub-section (1), Rastra Bank shall settle the dispute through mediation or other methods of dispute resolution as per the prevailing laws.

3) The decision made by the Rastra Bank pursuant to sub-section (2) shall be final.
