Section 63: Delegation of powers

1) The Board may, as required, delegate some of the powers conferred on it under this Act or the rules framed hereunder to the Secretary of the Ministry, Director General of the Department or a gazette officer employee of the Government of Nepal or the Provincial Government or Local Level.

2) The Department may, as required, delegate some of the powers conferred on it under this Act or the rules framed under this Act to any gazetted officer employee of the Government of Nepal.
