Section 53: Facilities not to be provided in duplication

1) When providing services, facilities or concessions to any industry under this Act or the prevailing law, the Government of Nepal or Provincial Government shall not provide any service, facility or concession in duplication.

2) The Government of Nepal shall give information on the services, facilities or concessions provided to any industry under this Act to the concerned Ministry or body of the Province in which the industry is located, and the Provincial Government shall provide information on the services, facilities or concessions provided by it to any industry under the Provincial law to the Department.
