Section 61: Power of Local Level to perform functions relating to administration of industries

The Local Level may perform functions relating to the registration, administration and regulation of micro-enterprises and cottage and small industries with the fixed capital not exceeding the amount specified in the Provincial law, as provided in the Federal and Provincial laws.
