Section 59: Power of attorney may be given

1) An industry or person who has ownership of the industry may give a power of attorney to another person to perform any or all of the acts or actions required to be performed by that person.

2) In order to perform an act in accordance with a power of attorney given under sub-section (1), such power of attorney shall be notarised and provided to the industry registration body. The industry registration body may, if it is considered necessary, inspect the original of such a power of attorney.
