Section 42: Institutional provision relating to sick industries

1) The Government of Nepal may form a committee including experts in the concerned field to make suggestions for the identification, classification, rehabilitation, restructuring and management of sick industries under this Chapter.

2) The structure, functions, duties and powers of the committee formed under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
