Section 36: Prohibition on misusing incentives, exemptions, facilities or concessions

1) Any incentives, exemptions, facilities or concessions which an industry obtains under this Act shall be used only for the same purpose for which they are provided.

2) If any industry does any act contrary to this Act or the rules framed hereunder, no incentive, exemption, facility or concession under this Chapter may be provided to that industry.
