Section 14: Information of closure of industry to be given

If the concerned entrepreneur closes an industry registered under this Act for any reason or suspends commercial production or transaction of the industry, such entrepreneur shall give information thereof, as prescribed, to the industry registration body within thirty days after the date of closure or suspension.
