Section 13: Power to Collect Fees

1) The Auditor General may collect from any corporate body wholly owned by the Government of Nepal, Provincial Government, or Local Level such fees as prescribed for auditing such a body.

2) The fees collected pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be credited into the Federal Consolidated Fund.
