Section 98. Fraudulent transaction

If a person intentionally commits the following transaction with intent to purchase, sell or exchange securities from, to or with any other person, such a person shall be deemed to have committed fraudulent
transaction:-

(a) To make any technology, plan or commit any act to defraud others or

(b) To get a person to do any act or be engaged in any work by misrepresenting such a person.
