Section 35: Compensation for revocation of enlisting, if any

Where a body corporate issuing any securities has enlisted the securities by making an agreement with a stock exchange, and the stock exchange revokes the enlisting of such securities by reason of the failure of such body corporate to observe such matters as required to be observed by it under this Act or the Rules or By-laws framed under this Act any shareholder sustains any loss and damage by virtue of such revocation of enlisting, the directors of such a body corporate shall personally or collectively pay compensation to such a shareholder.
