Section 19: Provisions relating to accounts experts, advisors and employees

1) The Board shall have such numbers of accounts experts, advisors and employees as may be necessary for the efficient operation of the functions of the Board.

2) The appointment, remuneration, facilities and terms and conditions of service of the accounts experts, advisors and employees of the Board shall be as prescribed.
